About this Mod
Better Turtle hemlets aims towards improving the vanilla turtle helmets added in 1.13 by changing the water breathing mechanic by making the water breathing effect permanent at the cost of the helmet slowly degrading and loosing durability when the player is submerged in water at the rate of 1 durability every 10 seconds.
This degradation effect can be slowled down immensily though by enchanting the helmet with the respiration enchantment with each successive level slowling it down more and more.
(PS: Do note that the values for the helmet degradation have been modified here for the purpose of showcasing the feature, the actual values in the mod are a lot different.)
