About this Mod

This mod is designed for legacy versions of Minecraft and brings a fresh twist to the classic experience by blending old-school world generation with modern features. It introduces improvements and options inspired by newer versions of the game, with the goal of keeping the nostalgic atmosphere while providing useful enhancements.

- World Types
- Hardcore Mode
- Themes - includes the Indev themes (Hell, Paradise, Woods) and also adds Winter Mode
- Finite World - generates a world with fixed boundaries instead of infinite terrain, with selectable styles such as MCPE, LCE and Island
- Old Features - available for world types based on older versions, allowing the world to generate like it did in the past
- Farlands - generates Farlands with configurable shape and distance
- World Height - configurable world height, from 128 up to 512

- Ravines - configurable ravine generation
- Cave and Beach Fixes - fixes caves cutting off and beaches forming incorrectly at chunk borders
- Walking Animations - restores the Infdev/Indev and Classic player walking animations

How to Install Better World Options on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set babric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the babric loader and matching Minecraft version (b1.7.3).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better World Options". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
