This mod allows Zombies to attack and infect Horses, turning them into Zombie Horses. These can later be cured just like Villagers. Beware — Zombies can also ride Zombie Horses!

About this Mod
Better Zombie Horses fixes a very simple thing: Zombie Horses being completely useless.
With this mod, Horses are no longer safe! Zombies can now attack and kill Horses, turning them into Zombie Horses.
But that’s not all: Zombie Horses can actually be ridden by Zombies!
So, keep a close eye on your trusty steed, or you might end up facing an undead cavalry charging straight at you.
If your favorite horse gets infected, don’t panic — you can cure it, just like a Villager, using a Potion of Weakness and a Golden Apple.

How to Install Better Zombie Horses on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Zombie Horses". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
