Block Sniffer

This mod adds primarily two items to the game :

• The Block Sniffer which comes in three available tiers :
  
  
  

• The Echo Necklace :
  The Echo Necklace doesn't have to be held to search blocks, but it has a smaller range compared to the Echo Block Sniffer :

No sound will be emitted if the targeted block is near the player and visible.

When the targeted block/item will be held in the other hand, press the "Choose Target" keybind to search for it :

The Block Sniffers and the Echo Necklace can use an alternative searching mode ("Similar Block") based on words. For instance, using it on a chest will make the searching items look for any type of chest, as long as the word "chest" itself is included in the block nametag. 

The mod is compatible with modded blocks and items.

All Block Sniffer items need to be crafted using the Echo Pearl :

You can use that item to craft the Emerald Block Sniffer and the Diamond Block Sniffer :

However the Echo Necklace and the Echo Block Sniffer need the Calibrated Echo Pearl to be crafted :

Finally, also be aware that you can change the volume of the detecting sound by modifying the "Jukebox/Note Blocks" volume in the settings :
