About this Mod

Butchercraft: Tannery is an addon for Butchercraft that introduces a functional hide-tanning process using a Tanning Rack.

How It Works

Replaces the leather dropped from Butchercraft meat hooks with Raw Hides. These must be processed using the new Tanning Rack.

Place the Tanning Rack in direct sunlight, two blocks above a campfire
Right-click a Raw Hide onto the Tanning Rack and scrape it clean using a knife
In 60 seconds (configurable), the hide will cure into ready-to-use leather

How to Install Butchercraft: Tannery on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set neoforge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Butchercraft: Tannery". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
