Call of the Night lets you be a vampire, have a new gameplay and use vampire abilities!
Becoming a vampire
With a 25% chance of becoming a vampire the first time you join the world. Also, if you are not a vampire, but one of the players on the server is a vampire, using the "Vampirism: Turn into Vampire" ability can turn you into a vampire!
Vampires' abilities
As a vampire you have the following abilities available to you:
Better night vision
Faster speed
More resistance
Higher jumps
More strength
Vampirism: Bite - lets you to bite a villager or player if you press RMB on villager or player after using this ability. The bite will replenish your hunger and health.
Vampirism: Punch - explosive attack that deals a lot of damage to the area in front of you.
Vampirism: Turn into Vampire - if you press RMB on player after using this ability, he will turn into a vampire if he is not already a vampire.
Vampires' features
However, as a vampire, you will burn under day sky whether you have fire resistance or not.

How to Install Call of the Night on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Call of the Night". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Call of the Night server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
