About this Mod
What is this mod?
This is a mod I've made for a modpack. It adds bone tools (meant to replace wood and wooden and stone tools), spears, a more primitive version of the campfire, occasional wolf agression nights, a wild hog, bundles (implemented as a new item instead of the experimental option), and a bag.
Does it remove or replace anything?
It does replace the campfire recipe to make it require flint and steel, but nothing else is replaced or removed
feature list:
- pile of sticks - used to cook food one item at a time if there's fire below it (primitive campfire alternative)
- bow-drill - automatically hits sticks together lo light a fire (primitive alternative to flint and steel)
- bone shard - made by right-clicking stone while holding a bone
- bone tools - alternatives to wooden and stone tools (item obliterator should be used to remove wooden and stone tools)
- reinforced bone tools - stronger versions of bone tools made with
- spears - new weapons with 3 types: stone, bone, and iron
- sharpened stick - a sharp stick used to make stone into damaged stone (mineable by hand), dropping small rocks in the process
- wild hog - new mob that acts as an earlygame miniboss
- leather bag and bundle - new storage methods that can be placed in Curios API slots
- rapid decay effect and rotting potion - a new effect and potion that drains the player's hunger, saturation, and health while dropping bones and rotten flesh (currently creative-only)
- clay bricks - instead of smelting clay you make it into clay bricks and slowly dry them by placing them
This mod is a great way to spice up a modpack with new tools and challanges!
