About this Mod

This mod will add chainmail plate — item which is crafted out of four iron nuggets. With this item there comes recipes for chainmail armor.

In comparison with iron armor, you will need smaller amount of iron. In example for crafting iron chestplate you will need 8 iron ingots which is 72 iron nuggets. And for chainmail chestplate you will need 8 chainmail plates, which is only 32 iron nuggets.

For crafting full set of iron armor you will need 24 iron ingots, for chainmail you will need only 11 iron ingots.

When a chainmail plate is placed in a furnace or blast furnace, it will smelt into 1 iron nugget.

How to Install Chainmail Armory on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Chainmail Armory". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
