About
A vanilla-friendly overhaul to the early game progression that makes getting stone tools take longer than 30 seconds. Instead of punching trees, you need to explore and gather a few resources such as sticks and flint to craft an axe, coal samples to make a campfire, baking clay into bricks on a campfire to build a furnace, and raw copper samples to craft your first pickaxe. When you first spawn in, you'll be given the Survival Manual, which you can read below.

How to Install Chai's Early Game Overhaul on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Chai's Early Game Overhaul". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
