About this Mod

Chest Randomizer adds a Scatter button directly inside the chest inventory screen. When clicked, it takes all the items in your hotbar and distributes them across the chest in random slots, splitting stacks into smaller piles to make it look like naturally generated loot.

This is useful when setting up adventure maps, survival challenges, or any situation where you want a chest to feel like it was looted rather than manually filled.

The button only appears when you are in creative mode, so survival players are not affected.

How to Install Chest Randomizer on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Chest Randomizer". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
