About this Mod
ChoosablePacifism
Simpler fork of https://github.com/DimasKama/DontHitTeammates(modrith page was delete by the author DimasKama idk why) that I am going to always update for new Minecraft versions and extend with new features.
ChooSablePacifism is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod designed to prevent accidental attacks on specific targets during gameplay. The mod focuses on simplicity, stability, and long-term maintainability, avoiding unnecessary UI complexity and heavy logic where it is not required.
The main purpose of the mod is to control which entities or players can be interacted with in combat-related situations. In version 1.0.1, the mod provides a minimal yet practical feature set: the ability to fully enable or disable the mod and manage a list of player nicknames that should be protected from being hit.
Configuration is handled through in-game commands, making the mod easy to use on any server without touching files manually. This approach also reduces the risk of crashes related to outdated or broken config screens on newer Minecraft versions.
The project is actively maintained and intended to receive regular updates to support future Minecraft releases, as well as optional gameplay modes and improvements in later versions.
