CivVoxelMap
Fork of VoxelMap Updated specifically for CivMC
About this Mod
CivVoxelMap
This CivianMod is a 'fork' of VoxelMap for CivMC.
Changes
CivMC bans Cave Mode outside the Nether so is now disabled by default. Also added a tooltip warning of the feature's illegality.
CivMC bans reading entity equipment so player and mob helmets no longer appear in radar by default. Also added a tooltip warning of the feature's illegality. (This is moot on 1.21.8 since VoxelMap itself doesn't have the code for it on this version.)
CivMC bans the reading entity elevation, so the fairplay option "Show Entity Elevation" is now disabled by default. Also added a tooltip warning of the feature's illegality.
The fairplay option "Hide Sneaking Players" is now disabled by default. Also added a tooltip warning of the feature's illegality.
Entities on radar are now ordered with the following priority: players > hostiles > other.
Fixes VoxelMap command errors related to signed command arguments.

CivVoxelMap server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is CivVoxelMap compatible with fabric?
CivVoxelMap officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.21.11, 1.21.8. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with CivVoxelMap – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if CivVoxelMap consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
