Classic Fabricators
Addon for IC2 Classic & Buildcraft that adds a lava and oil fabricator
About this Mod
Adds two blocks to the game, a lava and oil fabricator. Each fabricator takes in energy(EU) as input, which it then uses to make one of the two fluids(lava or oil), this is then stored inside it's internal tank, ready to output to any connected fluid input (pipe/tank)
Lava Fabricator takes in 50EU for 1mB of lava
Oil Fabricator takes in 250EU for 1mB of oil
This mod was made as there were no lava or oil fabricators, or anything similar to what was in tekkit classic, in the tekkit 2 modpack. This mod could very much be seen as a porting of the two fabricator machines from the powerconverts mod found in tekkit classic to 1.12.2.
The few changes I made were:
Given the fabricators internal tanks of 32,000mB (configurable), as the original crafting recipe included two tanks in it
Added a config option for outputting to any connected input I.E pipe/tank (enabled by default)
Made the fabricators HV machines, the same as the mass fabricator it uses in it's crafting recipe. They will expload if powered with higher than HV electricity
Changed oil EU cost from 50EU to 250EU due to IC2 Classic's Liquid Fuel Generator
This mod requires IC2 Classic, at least BuildCraft|Energy from BuildCraft (BC remastered is prefered), and forge version 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2859 or greater

Classic Fabricators server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.12.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Classic Fabricators compatible with forge?
Classic Fabricators officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.12.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Classic Fabricators – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Classic Fabricators consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
