Cobblemon Outbreaks
Bring Scarlet/Violet-style mass outbreaks into Cobblemon, with biome-aware species selection, wave-based encounters, progression shiny odds, and server-friendly announcements.
Mass Outbreak Events
- Outbreaks spawn on a timer and run for a configurable duration.
- Each outbreak targets one species and progresses through configurable waves.
- Supports automatic outbreaks and admin-started outbreaks via command.
Biome-Aware Species Selection
- By default, outbreak species are selected from Pokémon that can spawn in the local biome/location.
- Optional filters for biome tags/IDs and blacklist tags.
- Optional anti-repeat logic to deprioritize recently used species.
Wave Spawning System
- Configurable wave count and per-wave spawn range.
- Optional respawn-on-defeat behavior.
- Distance and cleanup controls to keep outbreaks contained and performant.
Shiny Progression
- Configurable base shiny rate and progression thresholds.
- Shiny odds improve as players defeat/capture more outbreak Pokémon.
Pokémon Stat Boost Controls
- Configurable outbreak boosts such as guaranteed perfect IVs, minimum IV floors, hidden ability chance, and egg move options.
Bossbar + Broadcast Messaging
- Server-side bossbar with compact useful info (species, wave, shiny rate).
- Configurable global announcements for spawn/start/end.
- Optional clickable coordinates and optional Xaero/JourneyMap waypoint payload announcements.

- Optional completion rewards via EXP orbs and configurable item drops.

How to Install Cobblemon Outbreaks on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Cobblemon Outbreaks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Cobblemon Outbreaks consumes the most tick time.
