About this Mod
🟢 Cobblemon XP Overhaul
Cobblemon XP Overhaul is a unified progression system for Cobblemon that handles both player XP and Pokémon XP in a clean, configurable, and multiplayer-friendly way.
It brings captures, battles, and progression scaling into one consistent system, avoiding the need for multiple overlapping XP mods.
Features
- Player XP rewards from captures and battles
- Pokémon XP rewards from captures, wild battles, and trainer battles
- Independent scaling for player and Pokémon progression
- Configurable reward values, multipliers, and pacing
- Optional daily XP caps
- Level-based reward options
- Exp Share, Exp All, and Lucky Egg support
- Optional EV rewards
- Action bar feedback for XP gains
- Multilingual support
- Designed for both singleplayer and multiplayer servers
XP Flask
The mod also introduces the XP Flask, a dedicated Cobblemon XP item designed to store and reuse progression in a controlled way.
The XP Flask only stores XP generated by this mod from Cobblemon captures and battle rewards. It does not collect vanilla Minecraft XP from mobs, furnaces, mining, bottles o’ enchanting, or XP farms.
- Stores redirected Cobblemon-related player XP
- Can be used on a Pokémon to grant up to 1 level per use
- Uses safe conversion from stored XP into Pokémon XP
- Supports optional Accessories integration with a dedicated slot
- Fully configurable behavior
System Design
Cobblemon XP Overhaul is built around one core idea:
One system. Full control.
Instead of splitting progression across multiple mods, everything is handled in a unified and scalable way, making balancing easier for custom packs, servers, and long-term progression setups.
Configuration
The mod is designed to be fully customizable:
- Adjust player XP rewards
- Adjust Pokémon XP rewards
- Configure multipliers and scaling
- Enable or disable specific mechanics
- Control progression pacing
- Customize XP Flask behavior
