About this Mod
What does this do?
Features:
Combat Timer Mechanism: Once tagged in combat, players are unable to log off or disconnect from the server for a specified duration. This also prevents Homeward Bound's /home, /spawn and /back commands.
Customizable Timer Settings: You can adjust the cooldown period, change warning message contents, and allow or disallow friendly fire (punching).

What is 'friendly-fire'
Friendly fire in this case is when a player punches another player with their fist. In such cases, you have to option to not count it as combat in the config.

How to Install Combat Timer on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Combat Timer". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Combat Timer server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Combat Timer consumes the most tick time.
