About this Mod

Cool Items adds some new useful items! Most of them are used in combat.

This is a just a mod I made for fun - hence why it is very low quality, and is also the first mod I made using MCreator. It's also a mod for a server I made with my friends, but you can use it too.

Current features:

Air Powder: levitates the holder.
Water Balloon: splashes water on impact.
Ghost Wand: makes the user invisible for 10 seconds.
Fireball Wand: summons a giant fireball.
Flamethrower: bursts fire at high speeds.
Slingshot: throws rocks (cobblestone).
Healing Orb: heals the user by 4 hearts.
Arson Device: as the name says.
Summoning Staff: summons a zombie.

How to Install Cool Items on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.16.5).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Cool Items". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Cool Items server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.16.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
