Brings the world of Core Keeper into Minecraft with custom mobs, items, dimensions, boss fights, and a brand-new magic and music system!

Features

👹 Boss Fights

  • Glurch the Abominous Mass: An enormous orange slime boss with jumping attacks, rage mode, and epic loot drops!

🦠 Custom Mobs

  • Slimes: Orange, Purple, Blue, and Lava variants with unique behaviors
  • Larva: Regular, Hive, and Acid types that drop special loot
  • Snare Plant: A dangerous plant enemy
  • Summonable Minions: Bats, Fire Mites, Plants, Skeletons, Jellyfish, and Radioactive Hands — call them with tomes to fight beside you

🎒 Items & Equipment

  • Recall Idol: Teleport to spawn after charging (no more getting lost!)
  • Club Weapons: Powerful melee weapons with knockback attacks
  • Ranged Weapons: Muskets, blow pipes, and other projectile weapons
  • Custom Foods: New food items with special properties

✨ Magic System

  • Mana Bar: A 20-point purple-moon resource above your hunger, regenerating after a short cooldown — persists through death and saves
  • Staves: Ten new spell weapons — Simple, Sticky, Arcane, Fireball, Scholar's, Sun Caller, Chaos, two Meteor staves, plus the magical Zealot's Scimitar. Tap or hold-to-charge for stronger attacks
  • Tomes: Six grimoires that summon minion allies (up to 3 at once across all types)
  • Status Effects & Potions: Custom effects to spice up combat

🎵 Music System

  • Instruments: Six handhelds — Cello, Drumkit, Flute, Harp, Ocarina, Pocket Piano. Hold right-click and press 1–7 to play notes; Shift or Ctrl shifts an octave
  • Melody Gates: Solve musical puzzles to enter sealed dungeon rooms

🌍 World Content

  • Azeos Wilderness: A lush custom dimension with unique biomes
  • Portal System: Build a portal frame to access the dimension in survival mode!
  • Custom Structures: Pathway Huts, Turf Ruins, Dirt Melody Rooms, Ancient Gateway Ruins, and more to discover
  • Custom Ores: Tin Ore, Ancient Gemstone Ore, and more
  • New Blocks: Coral Wood, Gleam Wood, Sprinklers, and custom crops

Installation

Using a Mod Launcher (Recommended)

Most launchers like Prism, ATLauncher, or CurseForge will automatically download all required dependencies!

Manual Installation

  1. Install Fabric Loader for Minecraft 1.21
  2. Download and install these required mods:

  4. Place all mod files in .minecraft/mods
  5. Launch Minecraft!

Known Issues (Alpha)

  • Some animations may be buggy
  • Balance is not finalized
  • Some features are incomplete or work-in-progress
  • Trinket system temporarily disabled

How to Install Core Keeper Fabric on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Core Keeper Fabric". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Core Keeper Fabric server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 4 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Core Keeper Fabric compatible with fabric?
