About this Mod

Introduction

Welcome to the Cowzilla mod, this mod was created because I wanted to add something a bit humorous into Minecraft, so I added some hostile cows, giant cows, and a massive cow boss, I also added some various equipment, craftables, and collectibles to make you more powerful in Minecraft all of which are cow themed.

Mobs

Soldier Cow: The Soldier Cow is a weak hostile cow coming in at 10 health points (5 hearts) that can be recognized by it's red eyes and grey skin like armor. Although the Soldier Cow will primarily attack the player it will also attack normal cows or any mob that attacks it.

Exploding Cow: The Exploding Cow will rush towards the player before exploding, however the Exploding Cow is very easy to take out since it only has 5 health (2.5 hearts), unlike the Soldier Cow the Exploding Cow will not target other cows.

Giant Cow: The Giant Cow is a neutral mob that will not attack any mobs but will defend itself if necessary, the Giant Cow is also a great source of food and leather since it is so large.

Ghost Cow: The Ghost Cow is the ethereal spirit of a fallen soldier cow, and can be summoned through either a Ghost Cow Essence or the Ghost Cow Staff, once summoned the Ghost Cow will attack any mobs that are not the player.

Cowzilla: Cowzilla is a huge black cow with green spots, purple eyes, red pupils, and red horns, Cowzilla is able to pack a whopping 19 damage (9.5 hearts) and has 200 health (100 hearts), in addition Cowzilla will summon Soldier Cows when it is damaged, but upon it's defeat will drop some powerful gear.

Items

Pearl of Cowzilla: The Pearl of Cowzilla is crafted by using a totem of undying surrounded by soul sand, raw beef, and a netherite ingot, the pearl is needed to summon Cowzilla in survival mode.

Ghost Cow Essence: Ghost Cow Essence can be crafted by surrounding a ghast tear with leather and raw beef and will be able to summon one Ghost Cow to fight for you.

Crafting Recipe for the Ghost Cow Essence

Ghost Cow Staff: The Ghost Cow Staff can be crafted with blaze rods, a ghost cow essence, and diamonds, when the staff is used a Ghost Cow will be summoned, and when it hits a mob the mob will be inflicted with Wither, Slowness, and Weakness.

Crafing Recipe for the Ghost Cow Staff

Cow Star: The Cow Star can be made by combining the Cowzilla Heart and a Nether Star in a crafting table, when a mob is hit with the star they will be launched into the air as lightning comes down and when the star is right clicked a fire ball will be shot out.

Crafting Recipe for the Cow Star

Cowzilla Hear: The Cowzilla Heart can be dropped by Cowzilla, and will give the player regeneration and health boost as long as it is in the inventory.

Cowzilla Horn Tip: The Cowzilla Horn Tip can be dropped by Cowzilla and does 10 attack damage, but if right clicked will give Speed, Strength, and Regeneration.

Recommendations

I highly recommend using the Just Enough Items (JEI) mod for the in game crafting recipes since it will show them to you and you don't have to constantly check this page.
