Adds a wrench for automatically setting the channels of redstone links for Sound of Steam Pipe Organs. Works with survival mode.
About this Mod
Create: Sound of Steam: Tuning Wrench
A survival friendly addon for sound of steam that lets you set redstone link channels automatically
TL;DR: Right-click a pipe with the wrench, and a correctly tuned redstone link is placed underneath.
Usage
- Hold Alt+scroll to change the mode
- Traditional: Sets the links as if every stop is 8'. This is how real pipe organs are configured and is best for use with the keyboard relay
- Pitch match: matches the frequency to the actual pitch of the pipe (except mutations). Is best for use with the tracker bar and midi playing.
- the sub-modes define where the links will be placed
- Right-click any Sound of Steam pipe with the wrench.
- A Create redstone link is will be placed two blocks below the pipe, set to recieve and with the correct frequency.
- If you are in survival mode, it will only work if you have redstone links in your invetory, and if so, will remove one when used.
Note: if there is a block or existing redstone link where it is trying to place, the link will not be placed
