About this Mod
IN ITS CURRENT STATE, THIS MOD BREAKS NETHER PORTALS. A FIX IS NOT PLANNED.
This mod allows Create Mod trains to travel between portals constructed via the Custom Portal API.
Much like in the Nether, placing a rail at the front of a portal will bridge between the entrance and exit.
This mod is a great option for those trying to bring Create Mod compatibility to dimension mods that rely on Custom Portal API, or for those who want to make a Custom Portal API version of an existing portal that can't be entered by Create trains (e.g. The End or Twilight Forest)
This is based entirely on TheRobbie72's Create Trains and Custom Portal API Integration mod for 1.18.2, so huge credits to them!
