Do not need to set up the API yourself or buy anything. Download the Player2 app, install the Fabric API, and play this mod in Minecraft.
Use /creaturepals tts set on/off to turn on and off the speech function.
Create meaningful conversations and enduring friendships? Watch the mobs and AI players interact with each other in chaos.

What is CreaturePals? How is it different from the original CreatureChat?
Significant work has been put into CreaturePals for the following functions:
Free AI-Driven Chats: Using Player2 APIs, support LLM/TTS so each conversation is unique and engaging!
New message system: You can chat with the mobs from Bubble and in-game chat!
Multi-Player: Mobs can chat with each other as well as other players, including AIs.
New version support: Evolved now supports 1.21.1 Fabric and Neoforge.
Plus, all the existing functions in CreatureChat
Behaviors: Creatures can make decisions on their own and follow, Flee, attack, Protect, and more!
Reactions: Creatures automatically react to being damaged or receiving items from players.
Friendship: Track your relationships from friends to foes.
Memory: Creatures remember your past interactions, making each chat more personal.
How it works
This mod adds the Player2 interface to the original CreatureChat plus other changes. It’s free and open-sourced. Feel free to build your mod on top!

How to Install CreaturePals on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "CreaturePals". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

CreaturePals server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.10). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is CreaturePals compatible with fabric and forge and neoforge?
CreaturePals officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.10, 1.21.9, 1.21.8. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with CreaturePals – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if CreaturePals consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
