CreeperTrip

Only the "Jeeper Creeper" explodes — the other new creepers do NOT explode!
This keeps the game balanced and fun instead of pure chaos. More explosions and new features will come with future updates!

CreeperTrip is my very first mod — I learned modding from scratch and built the whole thing in just 3– 4 days. Now I could do something like this in 1–2 days, and the mod will keep growing with every update!

Two versions available:

• CreeperTrip 1.0 (with monsters) – full experience with all new mobs
• CreeperTrip 1.0 (without monsters) – only new items, blocks, ore, tools, armor (perfect if you just want the building/crafting part)

New Mobs (only in the "with monsters" version)

• Creeperman
  Walks and behaves like a player (humanoid), attacks you, but does NOT explode. Drops Creeper Meat and sometimes rare items.
• Ghost Creeper
  Burns in sunlight like a zombie, looks creepy-transparent, drops coal sometimes, does NOT explode.
• Jeeper Creeper (Big Creeper)
  Bigger version of the normal creeper — this is the only one that still explodes! Bigger explosion radius, scary but fair.

New Items & Drops

• Creeper Meat – dropped by all new creepers, heals you when eaten (does NOT explode in your face!)
• Creeper Leather – craftable or rare drop (Leather + Gunpowder + Soul Sand)
• Creeper Face – smelt Soul Sand + Creeper Leather in a furnace → Creeper Face
• Golden Creeper Leather – Creeper Leather + Gold Nugget in crafting grid

New Blocks

• Creeper Block – 9 Creeper Leather → solid decorative block
• Creeper Face Block (6 colors + glowing!)
  Craft Creeper Block + dye (Redstone = red, Coal = black, Bone Meal = white, Gold Nugget = yellow, Lapis = blue, Ink Sac = dark gray)
  → Colored glowing Creeper Face Blocks (glow like Glowstone, perfect for building creepy bases!)
• Rainbow Creeper Face Block – combine all 6 colored versions

New Ore & Metal: Steel

• Steel Ore – generates in caves (looks like coal but metallic)
• Smelt → Steel Ingot
• Steel tools/weapons are stronger and faster than iron, but not quite diamond level
  (exactly between iron and gold in strength, but much more durable than gold)

Upgraded Tools & Weapons

• Craft normal Steel tools first
• Upgrade with Golden Creeper Leather → almost diamond level
• Ultimate upgrade with all 6 colored Creeper Face Blocks → Rainbow Steel Tools (as strong and fast as diamond!)
• Creeper Punch (the crazy weapon!)
  Combine 4 brand-new (unbroken) Rainbow Steel tools + specific colored blocks in exact pattern →
  One-hit kills almost everything, mines EVERY block instantly, nearly unbreakable. Faster than Creative mode!

Armor

• Steel Armor – same protection as iron armor, looks like iron (custom texture)
• Rainbowic Rainbow Creeper Armor – crafted with colored Creeper Blocks, full set gives massive protection and looks totally insane

Compatibility & Installation

• Requires Forge (tested with 7.8.0.684)
• Drop the .jar into your mods folder
• Works with ModLoader too
• May conflict with other big mods — if you get crashes, try a clean install or remove conflicting mods

Future Updates (already planned)

• Version 2.0 for Minecraft 1.6+
• Giant Creeper (I had problems with the model, but it's coming!)
• New weapons, new ores, new mobs
• More crazy crafting recipes
• Bug fixes and better textures
