This mod adds a new level of danger to Minecraft in deep caves (below the Y=0 level). The deeper you go down, the stronger the curse will be when you try to climb up.

Experience the horrors of the abyss in this mod! “Curse of the Abyss: The Mystery of the Depths” adds seven unique layers of the underworld, each cursed and harboring deadly dangers. The curses are activated when the player climbs more than 10 blocks at a time.
Layers and their curses:

How to Install Curse of the Abyss: The Mystery of the Depths on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set neoforge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the neoforge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Curse of the Abyss: The Mystery of the Depths". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
