About this Mod
Custom Cartesians
About
The Custom Cartesians Mod is a client-side only Minecraft Mod that allows you to view and customise critical
in-game information.
It adds an additional Coordinate Display HUD which can be customised to only display a specific coordinate axis.
This can be useful in protecting ingame locations that are being shared publicly.
This HUD is non invasive to the vanilla F3 Debug screen and will hide itself when the vanilla GUI is used.
The HUD can also be toggled off.
Features
- Customisable and Toggleable Coordinate HUD
- Customise Coordinate display

- Compatibility with Cloth Config and ModMenu
- Keybindings for easy toggling of features. Keybinding actions will also sync to the Config file

Custom Cartesians server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.17.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Custom Cartesians compatible with fabric?
Custom Cartesians officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.17.1, 1.17, 1.16.5. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Custom Cartesians – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Custom Cartesians consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
