Do you want to disable in-game chat and explore new ways to communicate? Whether you're using CC:Tweaked phones, proximity chat, or NONE and you just wanna remove chat then this mod is perfect for you!
I created this mod for my server to encourage players to use custom communication methods, like CC:Tweaked phones, instead of the default chat system.
How to Set It Up
Add the mod to your server.
No client side installation is required!How It Works:
The mod automatically cancels all incoming chat messages disabling chat across the server.
Now you're ready to build your own unique communication system! Or just disable it for other reasons.

How to Install Disable chat on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Disable chat". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Disable chat server crashes on startup – what to do?
