A stupid minecraft Fabric/Quilt mod which closes your game if your username is written in any way (either the server welcoming you or a player mentioning your name).

Because reasons, and eggs. No but seriously, april 1st is in two days at the time of writing and I find the idea of "crashing" when having your name mentioned in any way both stupid and funny at the same time. You're free to troll your friends with this btw, just hope that the server won't mention your friend's name on join.

How to Install Don't ping me on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Don't ping me". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
