Ducky's Player Bodies

Overview

A mod that spawns a lootable player body on death, preserving your full inventory and XP.

Features

When you die, a body entity spawns at your death location containing your full inventory, armor, offhand, and XP.

Bodies are owner-only for 7 minutes by default, then become lootable by anyone. Bodies persist indefinitely unless despawn is enabled in the config.

How to Install Ducky's Player Bodies on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set forge Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.6).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Ducky's Player Bodies". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
