Add Eyes of Nether for locating Nether Fortresses.
Crafting
An Eye of Nether is crafted from a Ghast Tear and an Ender Pearl.
Use
When in the Nether, use (right click) the item in your hand and follow where it goes. The item functions almost identically to an Eye of Ender.

I am more than happy to accept back/forward ports to different versions, as well
as just general advice on what I am doing wrong. I have no idea what I am doing
so this mod currently only supports the version of minecraft I happen to be
playing on right now.

How to Install Eye of Nether on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Eye of Nether". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
