About this Mod
A mod that adds a stamina system to the game has a maximum attribute
Stamina is used up by running, fast swimming, breaking blocks, and hitting mobs. Light blocks, such as grass, break for 2 stamina points, while heavy blocks break for 8 points (configurable).
Very cool for RPG modpacks that have leveling

How to Install First Stamina on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.19.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "First Stamina". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
