There are 4 base powers in this mod

1. The Speedforce, the speedforce gives strength 1, regen 2, speed 30, haste hunger 2, and set you on fire if you sprint (Without a flash Suit), you can also get a lighting fist (you can throw it by pressing right click) by pressing X and you can go into the speedforce by pressing C the speedforce is basically a fast travel dimension but be careful of time raths after 1 minute it will spit you out.
2. The Negative Speedforce, the Negative speedforce gives strength 2, regen 1, speed 30, haste hunger 2, and set you on fire if you sprint (Without a flash Suit), ), you can also get a lighting fist (you can throw it by pressing right click) by pressing X and you can go into the Negative speedforce by pressing C the Negative speedforce is basically a fast travel dimension but be careful of time raths after 1 minute it will spit you out.
3. V-9, V-9 is a speed drug that make you faster and turns your lightning blue it also makes it so when you sprint you get wither, other than that it is the same as the speedforce except you can’t enter the speedforce
4. The Forever Force, gives strength 1, regen 2, hunger 2, gives all entities in a 25-block radius slowness 30, slow falling 1, mining fatigue 2, you can also snap your fingers and deal damage in a 20-block radius by pressing X, and enter the speedforce by pressing C

To get the power

1. Speedforce, you must be hit by lightning while having the weakness and poison effects which will give it to you for a 1 hour, or you can get a flash suit. To get the lightning orange do the same thing but holding orange dye, to get the lightning orange do the same thing but holding Light Blue dye
2. The Negative speedforce, you must be hit by lightning while having the water breathing and night vision effects which will give it to you for a 1 hour, or you can get the reverse flash suit
3. V-9, to get V-9 you must first brew speed 2 potions with soul sand then drink it
4. Forever force, you must be hit by lightning while having the speed and slowness effects which will give it to you for a 1 hour, or you can get the zoom suit

There is 8 Suits in the mod all the suits give jump boost 2 and make it so you don’t burn while running you can also activate your speed by holding R (to see the recipes use a mod called Just Enough items)

1. Flash (Jay Garrick) has an armor value of 17 and an armor toughness of 8.8 (has the speedforce)
2. Flash has it has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (has the speedforce)
3. Reverse Flash has it has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (has the Negative speedforce) to get the suit you must kill the reverse flash boss who has a chance to drop it
4. Kid Flash has an armor value of 17 and an armor toughness of 8.8 and makes slightly smaller (has the speedforce)
5. Flash (Wally West) it has it has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 10 (has the speedforce)
6. Zoom it has it has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 10 (has the Forever Force) to get the suit you must kill the Zoom boss who has a chance to drop it
7. August Heart, it has an armor value of 17 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (has the speedforce)
8. Godspeed, it has it has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 9.6 (has the Speedforce) to get the suit you must kill the reverse flash boss who has a chance to drop it, or you can craft it

There Are 3 Alternate Suit in the mod alternate suits are suits that have the same name but are from something else like the New 52 or the CW show

1. Zoom (CW) has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (has V-9) to get the suit you must kill the Zoom (CW) boss who has a chance to drop it)
2. Flash (CW S1) has an armor value of 17 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (Has the Speedforce)
3. Flash (CW S2n3) has an armor value of 18 and an armor toughness of 9.2 (Has the Speedforce)

There are also Bosses in the mod

1. The Reverse Flash: to summon him you must right click on a reverse flash logo
2. Zoom (CW); to summon him you must right click on a zoom (CW) logo and have drunken V-9 after he summons you will lose the V-9 effect

7. There are 6 paintings Struck by Lightning, Drinking V-9, The Man in Yellow, Run Barry Run, The Speedforce, Zoom Can Catch These Lightning Bolts
8. Lightning fists/throws for first mode normal has 3.5 attack damage, 5 attack speed and 9 durability V-9 has 3.5 attack damage, 6 attack speed and 8 durability. Negative has 4.5 attack damage, 5 attack speed and 8 durability and when throw normal has damage 10, knockback 2, pierce 100 and speed 5 V-9 has Damage 10, knockback 1 pierce 100 and speed 6 negative has damage 11, knockback 1 pierce 100 and speed 5. There is also a orange verse but it is the same as the normal but well orange
9. Flash Ring, Right Click while wearing a any suit from the mod to store it in the ring
