FlowState
Turn Minecraft movement into a parkour-action rush.

FlowState is a movement + combat mod inspired by Apex Legends, Titanfall, Attack on Titan and Sekiro. Stop walking — start flowing.

⚡ Movement
Double jump & air-strafe / tap-strafe (sharp mid-air turns)
Slide that fits under 1-block gaps, bunny-hop, slide-jump momentum
Wall-run & wall-kick (then double-jump off the wall)
Burst dash (Left Alt) — a snappy front-loaded dodge
Plunge — crouch in mid-air to slam down for AoE
ODM grapple (Apex Pathfinder style) — wear the ODM Gear, aim, G to fire and get yanked in
🌊 The Flow meter — the heart of the mod
Chaining movement builds FLOW. Stay in motion and you climb tiers into "the zone":

faster stamina regen
a wider, speed-rush FOV
the screen lights up around you Stop moving or take a hit and your flow shatters. The longer the chain, the better it feels.
⚔️ Reaction combat
Parry (R, tap) and just-dodge (dash through an attack) negate hits
Witch-time — a black-and-white slow-mo that genuinely slows everything around you, including their attack wind-ups (not just a Slowness effect)
Counter window for bonus damage, guard (hold R)
Hit-stop, screen shake and impact particles on every landed hit
🛡️ Gear weight
Heavier armor weighs you down on a per-slot gradient (chest heaviest, helmet lightest; leather → iron → diamond → netherite). Normal jumps are untouched — only your special moves get heavier. The ODM Gear itself is weightless.
