Inportant information:

this mod gets more difficult at higher difficulties yes, however at the same time some items get stronger as well, along with that you also unlock more itmes at higher difficulties with hard mode drops, so, play it safe and experiance a fraction of this mod and keep your sanity, or, challenge yourself and become the boss.

It's up to you how you play so, have fun! play on the easiest difficulty for all I care so long as you are enjoying this mod that's all that matters.
