About this Mod
For Whome The Bell Tolls is a soul based magic mod with ten spells, each with different abilities and uses.
When using the spells it's important to note that each type of spell requires different ways of acquiring power to cast. The soul based magic requires a Soul Gem, and the souls of killed Mobs. Each mob drops one soul when killed, but you can't use them unless you have the Soul Gem to channel their power. There is another spell power type that comes with its own Crystal, The Grasp Jewel. When using this, There will be a heart instead of a soul meter, and when that heart gets corrupted, which it will do over time, make sure not to let it charge to its maximum, unless you want to use really powerful spells. The consequence for letting your grasp get too high, is that you wither away, and die quickly. This can be counteracted by using the spells periodically, which use up to corruption to function. The spells for the soul type magic are more manageable and simple to use and understand. The Grasp spells are more unwieldy, and can cause destruction if you aren't careful. This is why you shouldn’t be corrupted if you have political power, kids. On another note, there are three armor sets that, when worn, do different things. They each have descriptions that should guide you on what they do.
All Crafting recipes are straightforward, but one thing you should know is that all of the Chaosteel armor crafting recipes require End Crystals.
