About this Mod
Gain Stats For Unique Kills
Earn stats by defeating unique mobs and bosses.
Calculation methods, reward types and multipliers are fully configurable.
Default Without Configuration:
Gain 1 armor every 5 unique kills.
Gain 2 full maximum hearts upon killing an elite enemy(The Warden, The Wither, The Ender Dragon).
Currently Available Calculation Methods:

- Exponential (not recommended)
- Incremental

- Armor
- Armor Toughness
- Movement Speed (Experimental)
- Attack Speed
- Luck
All of these settings are fully configurable! To configure in-game, use the Configurable mod (note: you’ll need to restart the world to apply changes).
Keep in mind that when you change the stat type you should also change the numbers since different stats scale differently in minecraft. You can also choose to apply stat changes as integers or floats.
Choosing values for different stats:
To observe the vanilla values you can do "/attribute -name- -attributename- get" to look at the vanilla value for that stat.

How to Install Fortitude on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.5).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Fortitude". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Fortitude server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.5). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Fortitude compatible with forge and neoforge?
Fortitude officially supports forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.5, 1.21.4, 1.21.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Fortitude – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Fortitude consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
