Friendly Guardian Pets

Description:

Would you enjoy finding more varied yet equally helpful animals to tame and befriend, like the Wolf? If that's the case, maybe you should try the Friendly Guardian Pets mod, a small project that adds 10 new mobs that spawn throughout the overworld.

Even though they have a similar function to the Wolf, these animals are quite different from each other; for example, some pets serve as mini-tanks to protect you, taking quite a bit of damage thanks to their natural armor, like the Snail.

Or hybrid pets that can fight on land as well as in shallow water, like the Sea Otter.

Or even some aerial pets, like the Woodpecker, who are fearless and strike every type of mob, even the creepers.

All of them are tameable and are ready to fight beside you and cover your back. But don't worry, as the friendship goes both ways, you will be able to personalize their scarves or necklaces by coloring them with the primary and secondary colors and also be able to cure them and power them up with the new 7 "pet treats", which will grant them buffs or cures.
