- Okay, but how do I use Quilt?
You go to https://quiltmc.org/en/install/ and click on the "universal" option. It installs like any other modloader.
You will also (probably) need QSL for mods to work. You can get it here or click on the Quilt image at the very top of this page.
- What about my Fabric mods?!
All Fabric mods are compatible with Quilt! Using Quilt will not prevent you from loading any Fabric mods, you can add as many as you want and use both Fabric and Quilt mods by just installing Quilt.
- Will you continue to update for Fabric?
No. There's really no need for it since Quilt loads Fabric mods anyways. You will always be able to load your Fabric mods on Quilt :)

How to Install Gilded Netherite on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set quilt Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the quilt loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Gilded Netherite". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Gilded Netherite server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong quilt version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Gilded Netherite compatible with quilt?
Gilded Netherite officially supports quilt for Minecraft 1.20.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Gilded Netherite – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Gilded Netherite consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
