Give With Hand
is a Minecraft mod that lets players hand items directly to each other in a safer and more intentional way.
Instead of dropping an item on the ground, the giver holds the item out. The receiver must look back at the giver and right-click them to take it.
How To Use
- Hold the item you want to give.
- Look at another player within 2 blocks.
- Press
Give Item Keybindonce to offer the item. - The other player looks back at you.
- The other player right-clicks you with an empty hand to take the whole stack into that hand.

How to Install Give With Hand on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Give With Hand". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Give With Hand server crashes on startup – what to do?
