About this Mod

IMPORTANT: This mod will no longer recieve updates, I am planning to revive it in a new project

Note: I recommend using JEI with this mod

Note: When I say block effect in this description, I mean the effect you get when you step on the tribe's infection block

Note: Due to lag issues, I made the maximum number of mobs to be spawned by tribe blocks to 90 if they are small, 100 if the mob is big. remember you can have 100 mobs from each tribe (or more if some mobs were spawned in other method(s)).

Story:
Long ago, there was an ender mite which decided to leave the end and go to the overworld, it went horribly wrong, it grew in size and became yellow, it decided to start an infection, it made armies and taught its trusted infection mites how to make their own infection. It went to war with villagers. The villagers realised that they can't do it alone, they built iron golems for the first time to fight back. The first infection mite realised that it's losing. It and it's trusted infection mites hid in a diamond block to come when it is infected and told the other infection mites to hide in zombies...

-----GMM's Infection----

Tribe 0: The Infectellow

Tribe difficulty: Hard

Block effect: Blindness

To start, a zombie has to be killed by you, a player. An infection mite has 5% chance of spawning when that happens. There are certain blocks that it can infect. An infected block can be mined faster using a pickaxe.

Any infectellow infected block either spawns a berserker, a fast and strong but lacking in health mob and an infection mite and an armoured infection mite or it spawns a quadrobeast (a living mech that carries an infection mite). When a quadrobeast dies, it spawns an infection mite.

When an infection mite, a berserker or an armoured infection mite walks on a diamond block, it spawns the infectellow overlord (The first infection mite)'s small castle with the first infection mite in it. He can only be spawned once.

when an infectellow overlord kills something, he spawns a quadrobeast. When an infection mite kill something it multiplies, same goes for the berserker and the armoured infection mite. When the infectellow overlord is hit, he has a chance of spawning an infection mite. When he dies, he stops the infected blocks from spawning more infected mobs and when killing a zombie, the zombie will no longer spawn an infection mite. The Infectellow Overlord spawns his trusted mites to carry on his legacy. Right now there's only the Binders tribe and the Mechafection tribe, which like every other tribe that will be added can infect the infected blocks made by the infectellow overlord's infection. When a tribe lord is killed, his tribe's infection stops spawning his infected mobs. When the Infectellow Overlord is killed, he gives you the overlord key, use it on a moss chest found in the top floor of the small castle to get the staff of moss. The staff of moss can be used to turn any infected block to moss. The berserker tooth dropped by the berserker can be used to turn most infectellow infected blocks to moss but it has 5 durability. The quadrobeast drops his leg which can be used to jump 10 blocks up. Each tribe lord (excluding the infectellow overlord) drops its tribe's legacy except if it has a crypt. Each Tribe Legacy can be put in the ingredient slot of the brewing stand and then needs to be put with the item it's meant to upgrade. in the bottle slot, you need to put the item that the legacy can upgrade. The item becomes the tribe's upgraded version.

Tribe 1: The Binders

Tribe Difficulty: Normal

Block effect: Slowness

The Binder mob has a chance of spawning an infected chain on hit. When he dies, he has a chance of spawning a binder king (a mini-boss) which is exactly the same as the normal binder except it has increased stats

The binder mites spawn an infected chain on death. The Binders Lord is the boss of the tribe and has a chance of spawning a binder mite on hit.

The tribe's infection block has a higher chance of spawning a binder mite than a binder.

The Crypt:
The binders lord's crypt is spawned after he dies. It like every crypt, has doors which are 2 reinforced deepslate under a new block. Right click the new block and the 2 reinforced deepslate blocks under it will disappear. This crypt consists of all the binders tribe mobs and in the centre there's another door in a room made of iron. In that room there are many valuables but on the diamond block, lies the tribe lord's flesh with no defence. Hit his flesh until it's destroyed and it will give you the tribe's legacy.

Tribe 2: The Mechafection

Tribe Difficulty: Hard

Block Effect: Blindness

This tribe is based around mechs. When the tribe comes, the plan constructor (a mini-boss) and the tribe lord get spawned. Right now there are only 2 mechs which are the quadrobeast 2.0 and the shooter and the faster the plan constructor is killed, the less plans can be made. Plans make more mechs. Defeat the Plan constructor before he makes many plans so that the stronger mechs can not be spawned or just kill the tribe lord quickly. When a mech is defeated it will drop the mech mite controlling it unless it's the tribe lord. At the moment, this tribe has no crypt but it MIGHT get one later. The mechs can not spread the infection unless the mech is the tribe lord. Mech mites can spread the infection though.
