Grisha [Minecraft Mod]

This mod brings the magic system of the Shadow and Bone Netflix series, and the books it is inspired by, into Minecraft. Small Science is a magic system that is implemented to be connected to special armor sets, called Kefta, the traditional attire of Grisha in the fantasy nation of Ravka. Don one of three sets and experience the enhanced capabilities of the Grisha. And never surrender to the temptation of taking Jurda Parem.

Jurda

The common plant Jurda is a plant with orange flowers, growing in any open field of temperate climate. It grows similar to common wheats and is being used as a stimulant in many cultures.

Consuming it, does not sate much hunger, but grants a quick nurst of Haste and Speed effects. these bursts are of short duration though, which leads to many experiencing soft addictions to Jurda, to keep themselves awake.

There are rumors that the plant can be refined and enhanced to create a drug imensly potent for Grisha. And highly addictive.

Structures

Campsites

Throughout the world are Grisha encampents to find. Including 2-3 tents, the campsites are minorly protected by its inhabitants, but lack any fortification to not trigger too much attention.

Little Palace

The heartpiece of Ravka's Grisha culture, the Little Palace, is a highly frequented location with countless rooms for guests to stay the night and a large throneroom and dancefloor for celebrations. The image of wealth is tried to be uphold by the display of a lot of gold and core cloth.

Core cloth

Corecloth is an exceptionally strong and flexible fabric that can withstand bullets. It is created by experienced Materialki and is used to craft the Kefta, the official clothing of Grisha.
Additionally it is possible to craft bags from it, light and durable to carry.

Kefta

The color of a Grisha's kefta is determined by their Grisha order. Materialki wear puprple, Etherealki blue and Corporalki don a red set of cloths.
Equipping a matching outfit yourself grants you abilities from the specific order.
Usually you need your Main Hand free to enact Small Science (Small Science is the name of a grisha's powers). Exceptions to this are the Materialki who are able to accelerate any item they hold in their hand to a dangerous speed and certain Etherealki who are able to produce explosives if they just hold a flint of steel in their hand to provide the spark.
