About this Mod
- The Growling Man often stalks or watches players from a distance.
- He usually hides or disappears if noticed too early.
- He becomes dangerous if the player is “marked.”
- Being marked happens after repeated quick animal kills.
- When marked, he is much more likely to attack.
Special Situations
- He is drawn to events that generate grief in the world, such as village raids.
- During these events, his behavior becomes more aggressive toward nearby mobs.
- He may appear in caves or dark areas and silently observe.
- He can sometimes appear when you open your inventory.
- If you keep your inventory open too long, he may spawn nearby.
Player Warning Signs
- If he rushes toward you quickly, react and move away.
- Do not stand still when he is very close.
- Close your inventory quickly if he appears while it is open.
