Heart Visualizer offers three ways to display entity health—Heart Circle, Heart Bar, and Numeric—and its implementation draws partially from the code of HealthIndicators.

Usage

This mod requires Cloth Config.
The default display type is Heart Circle, which appears after attacking a mob.
To change the settings, please assign it to a menu button.

How to Install Heart Visualizer on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Heart Visualizer". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
