Heavenly Restriction for SVM Powers

Adds a progression-based power that removes your mana in exchange for physical enhancements and new abilities. Progress through 5 tiers by crafting specific items. Each tier upgrades stats and previously unlocked abilities.

Crafting Instructions:

1. Bottled Magic:
    → Drop all golden food items on 1 empty bottle
2. Divine Essence:
    → Drop 1 Power Reseter on 1 Bottled Magic

Hold the Divine Essence in offhand to either unlock the power or upgrade to the next tier.

Tiers Overview:

Tier 1:

• Flash Step (Ability 1):
   Quick dash forward. Speed & distance improve each tier.
• Unstable Fist (Ability 2):
   Marks next hit to deal delayed damage. Upgrades improve damage & AoE.
• Leap (Ability 3):
   Launches player upward.

Tier 2:

• Concussive Blitz (Ability 4):
   Multi-hit combo on target. Higher tiers add concussion and more range.

Tier 3:

• Parry (Ability 5):
   Reflects recent damage or stores it briefly for counterattack.

Tier 4:

• Fully removes all mana.
• Bloodlust (Ability 6):
   Highlights nearby enemies. Killing enemies lowers cooldowns further.
• Unstable Fist → Soul Strike:
   Drains enemy mana, creates AoE around target that affects nearby entities.
• Leap → Windstep (if midair):
   Can now air-step when above ground.

Tier 5:

• Ground Crush (Ability 7):
   2s charge → stomps ground, stuns and knocks back enemies in 8-block radius with wave effect.
• Soul Strike (Upgraded):
   Now lasts longer and drains mana from nearby entities too.
