About this Mod

What does Hide Hotbar do?

Hide Hotbar allows you to hide the hotbar in any F5 mode using Mod Menu's settings:

Why?

I made this pack for my own YouTube videos, and I thought it might be useful for other content creators or people who just prefer not to have the hotbar visible in any F5 mode.

How to install

Use the Fabric Loader, preferably with the Modrinth App to keep up to date with the latest version of the pack and to easily install the dependencies. If you don't like the Modrinth App, you can use any other Fabric-compatible launcher.

Dependencies

Hide Hotbar requires the Fabric API, Cloth Config API and is basically useless without Mod Menu for configuration.

How to Install Hide Hotbar on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Hide Hotbar". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Hide Hotbar server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
