About this Mod
This mod was developed while using the Sodium and Better Combat mods, so this could cause any issues with those mods. Since I can't code for the life of me, it was designed using MCreator, so thank you to the devs for making this possible. Thank you to the owner of Afterlife Studios on Discord for helping with some of the code for the mod.
Have you ever thought, "Hmm, why doesn't Mojang add this or add that to Minecraft?" Well, this is the mod for you. (Thanks to my 5th grade ELA teacher for teaching me about rhetorical questions.)
How does it work?
I find cool ideas from the Minecraft Suggestions website or r/MinecraftSuggestions and put them into a mod. I plan on adding new structures, biomes, blocks, items, and of course, toilet paper. Of course, I will also add my ideas, but I mainly want to use stuff from other people. It's kind of like a mod for the people. That sounds extremely corny.
But why?
I love Minecraft and want to see it at its best, so I want to add community-suggested features to improve the game. I use MCreator to have a simple way of putting these ideas into the game since I can't code for the life of me. I hope some of these features can someday become vanilla, but for now, this is all I can do.
What does it add?
For update 1, I'm planning on adding:
Spoiler
- A well
- A small scarecrow
- Some small rocks
- A graveyard trial
- A trial tower (like from Minecraft Dungeons)
- A few enchantments
- Some new weapons
- And a few advancements.
There aren't that many features, but you've gotta start somewhere.
For update 2, I'm planning on adding:
Spoiler
- A rolling ability
- A non-functional microscope
- Fireflies (as a non-interactive particle)
- A barometer and the clock showing the ingame time and coordinates
- New advancements for some funny random stuff
- A new advancement tab for tools and armor
- A new biome called the Black Caverns
- And falling in the end void teleporting you to the top of the dimension
It's still not much, but making the rolling ability will probably be hard. We'll see.
Thanks for reading all this, and have a nice day!
