Hypothermos
Hypothermos is a Fabric 1.21.11 mod where the world is very very cold and very very rainy.
Features
- Frost bar. There is an additional bar above the hunger bar that measures how frosty you are. If you stand out in the rain, your frost will grow very quickly, if you stand below a block, it will grow less quickly. If you stand near a campfire, then it will reduce.
- Campfires. They will go out in the rain, and they are not lit by default. You need a firestarter or a flint and steel to light them.
- Firestarters. You can make them by putting an oak log at the bottom and two cobblestone on top. They can light a fire, and they might not light a fire first try.
Also mobs can't breed because it is too cold for them to do so.
The project is built with gradle.

How to Install Hypothermos on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Hypothermos". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Hypothermos server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.11). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
