Craftable Enchanted Books for ICV

This mod adds crafting recipes for enchanted books added by the mod Igneo's Combat Revamp.

In order to craft an enchanted book, you need a book, lapis lazuli, and a third ingredient specific to each enchantment. You can view the recipes using JEI which requires this mod to be installed client-side.

For example, this is the recipe for the Flare enchanted book.
