Leave the server when your health is low. It's useful in SMP servers like 2b2t. You can edit the threshold of leaving the game in setting gui. It's possible to set leave health and leave delay. The mod doesn't need much performance.

Order Server

Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
