💉 THE MEDICAL SYSTEM (NEW)
Survival is no longer a given. Every bite matters. Version 2.0.0 introduces the Medical DLC expansion, giving you the tools to fight back against the infection in real-time.

Standard Syringe: Stabilizes the virus. Resets the infection timer to one full day, buying you precious time.

Advanced Syringe: Purges the infection. Completely removes the virus from your system immediately.

Experimental Syringe: The ultimate cure. Purges the infection and grants Regeneration II and Resistance II buffs to help you escape the horde.

⚾ THE ICONIC HARDWARE: LUCILLE
When the medicine runs out, the hardware comes out. 2.0.0 introduces Lucille, the legendary barbed-wire wrapped baseball bat.
