About this Mod
Fixes multiple bugs and crashes with immersive portals with connector, iris, and sodium (works with embeddium and oculus too :D )

original description /
Allows seeing through portals and directly walk into the portal without loading screen. Portals can "fold" space and create uneuclidian geometry with rotation and scale transformations.
Also has mirrors, dimension stack, world wrapping, scale box wrapping, commands for customizing portals, datapack functionality for customizing portals. See the wiki for more details.

How to Install Immersive Portals Continued on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Immersive Portals Continued". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
